New Zealand Herald

Following the completion of my bachelor’s degree, I completed a small internship at the New Zealand Herald. During this time, I published a number of stories, a collection of which can be found below.

9to5GRONINGEN

During my master’s degree at the University of Groningen, we set up a website to display our collective works. The website has since been discontinued, but my work is displayed below.

Under The RUG

Also during my time at the University of Groningen, I co-hosted a radio show. The show was produced together with members of the master’s program. While I host the first half of the show, I also report a story in the second half of the show.

Know It All’s Talk Ball Podcast

With sports playing such a formative role in my life, it only made sense for me to embark on a passion project combining my football knowledge, with my audio production and presentation skills. This project took the form of the Know It All’s Talk Ball Podcast, a show anchored in everything football. The episodes were produced together with my co-host Juan Sierra and the post-production and editing was handled by myself.

Asymmetrical Haircuts Podcast

Following my time at the University of Groningen, I completed an internship with the Asymmetrical Haircuts podcast. Despite the name, this podcast focuses on international law and justice through the happenings on the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice. Between March and August of 2023, I was in charge of editing all podcast episodes, as well as running the social media accounts on LinkedIn and Instagram. Towards the end of the internship, I took on a greater role, producing an entire episode on the crime of Ecocide, and curating and producing the summer series.
